   The City of Jerome Animal Control is here to pick up stray dogs, handle aggressive dogs and enforce the city codes when it comes to  dogs in our area. They work closely with our shelter staff and police department to ensure the safety of all of the dogs and citizens  within the City of Jerome city limits. The City of Jerome Animal Shelter prides themselves on reuniting lost pets to their owners. One way we do this is by providing licenses for the dogs that reside in the city/county of Jerome.  To purchase a license for your dog, you must provide the current proof of Rabies vaccination for each dog.  It is required by the City of Jerome that every dog residing within the city limits must have a current Rabies vaccination and city license.  You can purchase these licenses at the City of Jerome Police Department, City of Jerome Animal Shelter and Sawtooth Veterinary Clinic located in Jerome Idaho.
